All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
ONESTORE® does not store full credit card numbers and is not responsible for payment processor errors, delays, holds, or disputes.

5. Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing or listing error, ONESTORE® reserves the right to cancel any affected order, even after payment has been submitted.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon shipment or transfer to the carrier.
ONESTORE® is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs delays.
7. Returns and Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.
8. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of product listings
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Product safety
- Intellectual property compliance
- Taxes applicable to their sales
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Store LLC from claims arising from seller-listed products.
9. Prohibited Conduct

- Upload malicious code
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

ONESTORE® shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, supply chain disruptions, or payment processor interruptions.

By using the website, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notices, disclosures, and agreements.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
