Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ONESTORE®, operated by One Store LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.


1. Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if:

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is new, unused, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used perfume
  • Undergarments (including boxers and similar apparel)
  • Personal care products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items damaged due to misuse

ONESTORE® reserves the right to determine return eligibility based on product condition.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

ONESTORE® does not provide prepaid return labels.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact support@one-store.us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, ONESTORE® may offer a replacement or refund at its discretion.


5. Refund Processing

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on Stripe or PayPal
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear

6. Marketplace Notice

ONESTORE® operates as an online marketplace. Certain products may be listed by independent sellers. Return approvals may be subject to seller review in accordance with this policy.


7. Policy Updates

ONESTORE® reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
